About Us

The Community Bureau of Special Investigations is a non-profit organization that was formally incorporated on December 14, 2021 in Florida. CBSI was created primarily to investigate detected or reported cases of possible civil rights violations committed by government employees in their dealings with the public.

The CBSI is comprised of citizens from all walks of life, all volunteers, concerned about the dangerous ways in which our public servants endanger the freedom, safety, and lives of those they have sworn to protect and serve. Our mission is to hold them accountable for their actions and ensure that our civil rights are protected and respected.

 

CBSI definitely DOES NOT SUPPORT defunding law enforcement agencies. On the contrary. We support more funds being allocated to law enforcement agencies so that they can provide more and better services to the community, as well as receive more training so that they can perform their duty in the safest way possible and at the same time, respecting the civil rights of the people of our country.


The CBSI does not provide legal advice. However, when necessary, we refer victims to different attorneys who specialize in the area of civil rights.




ABOUT OUR INVESTIGATION SERVICES

While the CBSI is a non-profit entity, it is important to note that no one in our organization is authorized to solicit donations. If any person wishes to make a donation, it will be duly accepted and an official receipt will be issued.  Our organization does not count and we are not interested in applying for IRS 501(c)(3) certification, as it is our goal to sustain our organization with our own resources. If you wish to make a donation to our organization, it cannot be deducted from your taxes. If you would like to make a donation, please email us at: admin@mycbsi.org.

Denegaremos nuestros servicios a toda persona que intente obtener nuestros servicios en forma fraudulenta. Nuestra organización no busca dañar a ningún policía o empleado público que respete los derechos civiles de los ciudadanos. Y aquellos que sí violan los derechos civiles y/o son corruptos, para ellos no tendremos piedad y los expondremos por todos los medios posibles, con el fin de llevarlos ante los tribunales.

Denial of Services
We will deny our services to any person who attempts to obtain our services fraudulently. Our organization does not seek to cause damages to any police officer or public servant who respects a citizen's civil rights. And those who do violate civil rights and/or are corrupt, for them we will have no mercy and we will expose them by all means possible, with the intent to take them to court.
